The distillery is nestled in a valley with a spring-fed creek in an area known for it's population of copperhead snakes. Cascade Hollow's single story rickhouses, which draw inspiration from traditional Scottish barrel storage, are rather unique in the United States and help impart a special character to the aging whiskeys.
