Shipping

Where do you ship to and from?

Currently, we ship only within the USA. Shipping costs apply and are added during checkout.

Our warehouse is located in Southern California.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship on weekdays, with delivery times varying based on chosen shipping method.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days to process. Expedited shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. It could take up to 5+ days to fulfill an order.

- Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information (in some cases the tracking is delayed due to sync times).
- It is possible that certain orders may exhibit minor leakage problems, as well as occasional issues related to wax in specific bottles.
- Not all packaging is as seen on the sight (please Contact Us) for clarificaiton. If your order comes with a box we will do our best to get it to you in the best possible condition.
- We do not accept returns on alcohol, although if your item qualifies for a return please note shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

If we discover that what we shipped you was an error on our part it is up to you to ship the order back to us and we will re-inburse you for the shipping charges as well as whatever was returned.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Regrettably we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes as the buyer must provide identification to verify age.
