I ordered 100% Kona Hawaiian coffee for cappuchino and add a shot of Trader Vic’s Maccadamia Nut liquor! Put on a Izzy recording of I had a dream I was walking hand in hand with you on a white sandy beach in Hawaii. We did that near everyday my wife and I on the beach of Kihei Maui ! She is now over the rainbow, now some 7 years !
