Paid a lot of extra money to order it from you guys and it took forever getting here. All I hear is the excuse that it was the holidays. I could’ve bought it locally for cheaper but opted not to since I was not for sure if I could cancel my order or not. When you pay good money for a product and pay for extra shipping insurance and everything, you expect shipping to be much quicker. I have ordered from you multiple times and it has always been really slow. Three and four weeks is just unacceptable. Especially for how much more we pay to buy from you.
