My order was shipped back now what?
In the event that an order is returned to our warehouse due to any of the following reasons:
- order refusal
- order cancellation
- rerouting the package to shipper
- rerouting package to a different address
- no pick up from courier location
- incorrect or incomplete addressprovided at checkout
- courier attempted delivery and no one or no persons above the age of 21 was home
- a chargeback was placed on an order that is in transit
- lack of accepting order in any way
A partial refund will be issued to your method of payment. We do not offer reshipments of the order for any failed deliveries

14-Day Cancel or Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchases. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must first state the item(s) were “Purchased in error.” In addition, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and must also be in the original packaging.
Full Order Return Requirement
For orders consisting of multiple items, a refund will only be granted when the complete order is returned. For example, if you purchase ten units of a product and return only seven, no refund will be issued. Likewise, in cases where multiple types of items are ordered—such as three units of Item A, two of Item B, and five of Item D—a refund will only be processed if every item from the order is returned in its entirety.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return (must state “Purchased in error”)
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Orders that have already been packaged or shipped may incur additional handling charges.
Costs
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order has already shipped, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If your order has been packaged for shipment, standard handling and restocking charges will still apply.
- Refused deliveries returned by the carrier will also be subject to these deductions.
