Orphan Barrel Night Sage is a 25-year-old blended Canadian whisky released as a limited one-time discovery. Long maturation creates a polished balance of sweetness, mature fruit and seasoned oak.
Butterscotch, vanilla and toasted oak lead the nose. Brown sugar, walnut and ripe fig develop on the palate before a long finish of dried fruit and mature wood. Enjoy it neat or with a few drops of water.
