The Oak & Eden Wheat & Honey whiskey is a unique blend that combines wheated bourbon with the sweet and rich flavors of honey. The production process starts with a wheated bourbon made from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley. The bourbon is then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After the aging process, the whiskey undergoes a distinctive twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with honey. This infusion imparts sweet and rich flavors to the bourbon, along with notes of honey, toffee, and toasted oak. The result is likely a smooth and flavorful whiskey with a harmonious balance of wheated bourbon and honey sweetness.
