The process begins with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After this aging process, a unique twist is added – a French Oak spire. This spire is seasoned, toasted, and infused with Cabernet Sauvignon, imparting sweet, fruity flavors, and notes of Cabernet, candied fruit, and caramel to the bourbon.
