Booker's Batch 2026-02 "Milkshake Batch" is the second release in Booker's 2026 collection, continuing the brand's tradition of bold, uncut, unfiltered small-batch bourbon. The name honors a beloved family tradition started by the late Booker Noe, the legendary sixth-generation master distiller of Jim Beam, who was known for mixing bourbon into homemade chocolate malted milkshakes, a ritual that became a centerpiece of family gatherings. Fred Noe, Beam's 7th-generation Master Distiller, shared the story behind the name himself: "I am going to make a milkshake tonight and add some of this batch of Booker's."

How Milkshake Batch Is Made

This bourbon combines barrels from Warehouses 3, L, M, and G at Waterfill, aged 7 years, 6 months, and 12 days, then bottled uncut and unfiltered straight from the barrel at its natural batch strength of 124.4 proof (62.2% ABV). As with every Booker's release, nothing is added and nothing is taken away, the bourbon reaches the bottle exactly as it came out of the barrel.
