14-Day Return Policy

Return Eligibility
You may return unused items within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items, you may return one or more eligible items from the order. You are not required to return the entire order to receive a refund for eligible returned items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return window and provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a package is refused and returned to us by the shipping provider, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
United States Only
Returns are accepted for orders shipped within the United States only.
