Woodinville Port Finished Bourbon begins with the distillery’s straight bourbon made from 72% corn, 22% rye, and 6% malted barley. The whiskey matures for at least five years in Central Washington.

After primary maturation, it spends six months in emptied port casks sourced from Portugal’s Douro Valley. The producer bottles the current flagship version at 90 proof.

The port finish adds baked plum, chocolate-covered cherry, and a richer texture around caramel, dark chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon spice.
