W.L. Weller Full Proof’s full proof of 114 actual proof ( meaning it enters the barrel at 114 proof), or 57% ABV, is fairly robust in contrast to the more standard Weller 12 Year release, which is at 90 proof.

Bar owners and liquor stores who have selected barrels of Weller over the years will regularly request their bourbon to be non-chill filtered.

Word is this bourbon will be released just once a year in limited quantities.

TASTING NOTES
Having a nose of vanilla, dark cherries and caramel. On the palate, there is a balance of caramel and toasted oak. The finish is said to be long, with notes of crème brûlée and chocolate.
