Spirit Works Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey comes from Spirit Works Distillery, a true grain-to-glass operation founded in 2012 in Sebastopol, California by husband-and-wife team Timo and Ashby Marshall. Every batch is meticulously pot distilled and represents a proprietary master blend of two distinct bourbon formulas, each built to bring out the complexity of all four grains in the mash bill.

Spirit Works mills, mashes, ferments, distills, and bottles everything in-house using organic grain, much of it grown in California. That from-scratch approach earned the distillery ADI's Distiller of the Year honors and consistent recognition as one of Sonoma County's best craft producers.

The Mash Bill Behind Spirit Works Four Grain Bourbon

This bourbon is built on a mash bill of 60% corn along with wheat, rye, and barley, distilled from two separate pot-distilled bourbon recipes and blended into one proprietary formula. Aged a minimum of four years in new charred American oak barrels, it's bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).
