Spirit Works Barrel Reserve Sloe Gin is a barrel aged Sloe gin produced from California. It is made from a mash bill of California grown winter wheat and small batch distilled. The sloes are infused into the gin after it has been placed in an American oak barrel, allowing the gin to soak up the flavors and color of the wood.
