George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blend, blends two different distillations of rye: a traditionally distilled and aged Fifth-Barrel Column Still Rye from Cascade Hollow and a custom curated blend of Three Chamber Rye. The distinctive, spicy spirit is the result of obtaining all new oak barrels, charring them with apple wood, toasting the casks only twice--creating twice the tannin--and then aging for additional time.
