An effective business-event liquor bundle is not simply a collection of premium bottles. It should match the event schedule, guest preferences, staffing and service format.
Start with the event
For a short networking reception, focus on wine, sparkling wine and one or two easy mixed drinks. A seated dinner may need food-friendly wine plus a small after-dinner spirits option.
Use a simple structure
- Core: broadly appealing wine or spirits.
- Feature: one memorable premium bottle or signature cocktail.
- Nonalcoholic: water, soda and a thoughtful zero-proof choice.
- Backup: limited reserve stock stored away from the bar.
Control complexity
Too many bottle types slow service and create leftovers. Standardize mixers and garnishes across multiple drinks where possible.
Label and track
Record quantities by location, keep unopened reserve stock separate and assign one person to approve replenishment. For gifts, include recipient names and delivery addresses in a checked manifest.
