In marrying the decadence of sherry with our unique grain-forward house style we create something altogether new. Like the grain we source, we hold our sherry casks to high standards of quality.
Westland Sherry Wood Whiskey is an amber whiskey with a dry, bracing scent brushed with dried apricot and brown sugar with notes of maple syrup. The custard-like notes with vanilla, chamomile tea and stewed stone fruit are brought out with a splash of water and finished with a wisp of smoke.
