The Real McCoy Rum 5 Year Rum is meticulously aged in heavily charred American oak barrels for five years, imparting rich flavors and complexity. This small-batch artisanal rum is crafted by our 4th generation master distiller, using only the finest blackstrap molasses and pure spring water. Employing a rare combination of column and artisan pot stills, the rums are single-distilled to perfection before being authentically aged in heavy char American oak bourbon barrels, ensuring a premium quality and distinctive character.
