The Real McCoy Rum 12 Year Rum is meticulously aged in heavily charred American oak barrels for twelve years, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile. Crafted in small batches by our 4th generation master distiller, this rum is made using only the finest blackstrap molasses and pure spring water. Employing a rare combination of column and artisan pot stills, the rums are single-distilled to perfection before being authentically aged in heavy char American oak bourbon barrels. The result is a premium quality rum with unparalleled depth and character.
