After maturing for at least three years in new, toasted virgin American oak casks, Stauning Bastard undergoes a transformative journey with an additional six months of aging in old mezcal casks from Mexican Oro de Oaxaca. The result is a tantalizing blend of North Sea winds and desert heat, a forbidden love affair captured in every sip.
