The resulting virgin black grape suma undergoes a double distillation process with Çeşme's anise seeds in traditional copper alembics.

After distillation, Smyrna Black Grape Special Series is meticulously filtered ten times to achieve exceptional purity. This process enhances the rich flavors derived from the fresh black grapes. Awarded a gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Smyrna Black Grape Special Series is presented to raki enthusiasts in its distinctive bottle and special packaging, embodying excellence and craftsmanship.
