Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, Skelly Tequila Añejo is made using traditional methods that respect the heritage of tequila production. The agave plants are harvested when they are fully mature, aged between 7 to 10 years, from a balanced blend of both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco. The agave is then slow-roasted in brick ovens, ensuring a depth of flavor that is both authentic and rich. Following this, the tequila undergoes slow fermentation, avoiding any shortcuts like diffusion, and is extracted using a roller press.

Double distilled for purity and complexity, this Añejo is aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels, allowing it to develop a smooth character with notes of caramel, vanilla, and gentle spice. Aroma
Its roasted-pineapple opening aroma; more time in the glass allows a peppery almost viscus, floral perfume to develop. Nice aromas of toasted oak and vanilla bean also emerge.
