Puntagave Rustico Raicilla Maximiliana is a unique expression crafted by Victoriano Joya in the coastal region of Cabo Corrientes, situated 700 meters above sea level. This Raicilla is produced using two distinct varieties of agave: Rhodacantha and Maximiliana. The Rhodacantha agave undergoes roasting in an earthen pit before being double distilled in a copper still crafted from a hollowed-out tree trunk. The resulting spirit offers an intriguing aroma reminiscent of parmesan cheese with earthy undertones, making it a fascinating and distinctive choice for aficionados of artisanal spirits.
