Pierre Huet Calvados Pays d'Auge Cambremer 20 Year is a premium Calvados that meets the strict standards of the Calvados AOC. The process begins with the fermentation of calvados cidre in hundred-year-old oak barrels for 12 months. After single-distillation in a traditional alambic á colonne column still, the resulting spirits are aged for a minimum of 20 years in oak barrels. The cellar master then meticulously selects brandies that exhibit both suppleness and complexity to blend into the final Cordon Argent 20 Year. Enjoy this exquisite Calvados in a small brandy glass to fully appreciate its refined flavors.

Smelling: firstly, « tarte tatin » and salted butter caramel then crystallized apple.
