The process begins with the fermentation of calvados cidre in hundred-year-old oak barrels for 12 months. After single-distillation in a traditional alambic á colonne column still, the resulting spirits are aged for a minimum of 20 years in oak barrels. The cellar master then meticulously selects brandies that exhibit both suppleness and complexity to blend into the final Cordon Argent 20 Year.
