Pierre Huet Calvados Pays d'Auge 15 Year is a distinguished and meticulously crafted Calvados, where the youngest spirit used in the blend is aged for a minimum of 15 years. Following the exacting standards of Calvados AOC, the distillation occurs in a single column still.
The journey begins with the fermentation of calvados cidre in century-old oak barrels for 12 months before undergoing distillation. After distillation, the spirits are then transferred to oak barrels that previously held Pommeau de Normandie, where they age for a minimum of 15 years.
The cellar master meticulously blends this Tradition 15 Years by selecting brandies that exhibit the most supple yet complex characteristics. This process results in a refined and harmonious Calvados, showcasing the rich heritage and quality synonymous with Calvados Pays d'Auge.

Great blend of Pierre HUET range of products, combining the robustness and strength of a Hors d’Age with the length and sweetness of an ancestral Calvados, aged in standard oak barrels.
