Distilled twice in traditional copper pot stills, in accordance with strict AOC Pays d'Auge regulations, the resulting spirit is then aged for a minimum of 15 years in oak casks. Some of these casks previously held Pommeau de Normandie, imparting nuanced layers of flavor to the final product.
