Produced from blue agave grown in the highlands of Arandas, Jalisco, Mijenta was built around a genuine commitment to environmental sustainability and support for the local community, values that carry through every stage of production.

How Mijenta Reposado Is Made

This tequila is distilled three times before resting up to six months in a thoughtfully curated blend of American white oak, French oak, and French acacia casks. That combination of cask types gives Mijenta Reposado a more mature, fuller expression than many standard reposados, with a long finish that reflects the extra care taken in barrel selection. It's bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
