How Mi Campo Reposado Is Made

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco and harvested at peak maturity, the agave is slowly cooked in stone ovens and gently squeezed to preserve its natural flavors before double distillation in traditional copper alembic stills. The spirit then rests roughly three months in French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir wines, made without any added sugars, flavors, or coloring. It's bottled at 40% ABV.
