Meteoro is a 100% Espadín artisanal mezcal produced in Las Margaritas, Oaxaca, by maestro mezcalero Petronilo Rosario Altamirano. Mature agave is processed using traditional earthen cooking, tahona milling, natural fermentation and copper-pot distillation.
