Leopold Bros 5 Year BIB Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Leopold Bros 5-year Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a solera-style warehouse process, which means barrels are stacked on top of each other and left to sit for years. Then, once distilled and aged for five years in charred new American white oak barrels on earthen floors.

The whiskey is made from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley blended with unfiltered water from the company's underground well. After distillation, the spirit is put into barrels and stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse with its low humidity to mature slowly until bottled.
