Jim Beam Craft High Rye
Back in 2003 some enterprising distillers at the Jim Beam distillery spent time experimenting, creating bourbons in a different manner than usual and using some obscure and unusual grains in the mash.
The casks, that bore the results of these experimental whiskey’s lay resting in the back of the rackhouses and somehow were forgotten. That was until current, and 7th Generation Master Distiller, Fred Noe unearthed them. Finding the notes about how they were created, he carefully sampled each barrel. Some of these experiments were failures and immediately discarded, but others were exceptional successes, and have gone on to become the treasures that is Jim Beam Signature Craft.
When released, these exceptional expressions are eagerly anticipated, but they are also incredibly hard to come by. So we are delighted to bring you some of this exceptional bourbon to that you can sample the results for yourselves.
