Horse Soldier Bourbon 3-Bottle Collection

Product Description

Horse Soldier Bourbon 3-Bottle Collection: A Proof-by-Proof Tasting Journey

The Horse Soldier Bourbon 3-Bottle Collection brings together three Horse Soldier straight bourbon expressions for a side-by-side tasting of proof, texture, and oak influence. Horse Soldier Bourbon was founded by the real-life Green Berets and CIA officers portrayed in the film "12 Strong," and every bottle carries that same mission-driven spirit, distilled and aged with the same discipline that defined their service.

What's Inside the Collection

Premium Straight Bourbon anchors the set at 87 proof, delivering approachable notes of vanilla, toasted corn, honey, toffee, and apple. Small Batch Straight Bourbon steps things up at 95 proof, a wheated bourbon built around caramel, nutmeg, oak, ginger, and dark-fruit character. Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon closes out the trio bottled above 110 proof, delivering bold butterscotch, ginger, stone fruit, and oak. Together, the three bottles trace a clear arc from easy sipping to full-intensity, cask-strength bourbon.

Tasting Notes

Premium Straight Bourbon: Vanilla, toasted corn, honey, toffee, and apple.

Small Batch Straight Bourbon: Caramel, nutmeg, oak, ginger, and dark fruit.

Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon: Butterscotch, ginger, stone fruit, and oak.

Food Pairings

The vanilla and honey notes in Premium pair well with grilled chicken or a fruit tart, while Small Batch's caramel and dark fruit suit a pecan pie or aged cheddar. Barrel Strength's bold butterscotch and stone fruit hold up well against a smoked brisket or dark chocolate.
