The result is an astonishingly complex harmony of flavors. While you'll find the characteristic fudgy sweetness of more mature Highland Park expressions, it's complemented by layers of aromatic spice, dark chocolate orange, and floral peat notes. This exceptional whisky is the product of 30 years of maturation on Orkney's stormy.
