The bourbon is made from 100% Jimmy Red, a magenta-hued South Carolina landrace corn grown through High Wire’s single-farm, single-grain program. Bottled-in-Bond designation requires production in one distilling season, at one distillery, at least four years of federally supervised aging, and bottling at 100 proof.
