Under the guidance of Master Distiller Conor O'Driscoll, Double Mash is crafted from two-thirds traditional bourbon mashbill (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley) and one-third wheated bourbon mashbill (68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley). Both components are aged independently for a full 9 years, well beyond the four-year minimum required for Bottled-in-Bond status, before being brought together into one finished whiskey.
