The Hacienda De Chihuahua Sotol Anejo is a unique, artisanal tequila that has been triple distilled in a copper alembic and then left to age in the barrel for a minimum of 12 months. This award-winning drink has an exceptional aroma and flavor that is recognized by our master distiller. The beautiful, elegant bottle distinguishes this exquisite presentation, which makes it the perfect addition to any whiskey lover's collection.

Hacienda de Chihuahua's Anejo Sotol is a 24 month old sotol, matured in French oak barrels and made in Mexico from the Desert Spoon shrub. It picked up a Tequila.net's Best Sotol award in 2011 and is an excellent example of the 'Other Other' spirit of Mexico.

100% wild harvested Sotol. Fermented with champagne yeast.
