What's Inside the Trio

Fortaleza Blanco is bottled unaged straight after distillation, preserving the full intensity of fresh-cooked agave with notes of citrus, olive, and black pepper. Fortaleza Reposado rests individually for approximately 7 to 9 months in used American oak, adding caramel, vanilla, and light spice to the same agave-forward base. Fortaleza Añejo takes it furthest, aging roughly 18 months in American oak for a rich, rounded profile of caramel, butterscotch, and toasted oak. All three are bottled additive-free at 40% ABV (80 proof).
