El Mayor Añejo Tequila is made from 100% Blue Agave and aged in white-oak barrels for eighteen to thirty-six months. El Mayor positions this mature expression for slow, contemplative sipping.
Longer aging adds oak, vanilla, caramel, and spice while the tequila retains its agave foundation. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
