To elevate this already exceptional spirit, the rum embarked on a final chapter of maturation in previously used wheated bourbon casks from the renowned 1792 Distillery. This eight-month and four-day finishing period infused the rum with layers of complexity, marrying the smooth elegance of Colombian rum with the bold character of American whiskey.
