This foundation is further enhanced by the addition of hand-selected Matusalem Sherry casks, which contribute rich flavors of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and subtle spice. The final touch is the aging in Graham’s 10-year-old Tawny Port pipes, which add a luscious sweetness and complexity, with hints of ripe red berries, nuts, and a velvety smooth finish.
