What sets Copalli Barrel Rested Rum apart is its aging process. After being distilled in both column and pot stills, the rum is rested in used American Oak bourbon barrels. These barrels, combined with the unique rainforest climate, impart rich, sweet flavors and complexity to the rum as it matures.
