Cava de Oro is a premium, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila made from the best mature blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. The production process begins with a seven-week fermentation and distillation process using copper alembic stills to create a pure, clean taste. The final step is filtering the product through natural volcanic rock resulting in an exceptionally smooth tequila.
