Cambio Blanco Tequila represents a departure from the ordinary, as we've set a higher standard for our Tequila Blanco, exceeding traditional expectations at every turn. We begin by slow-roasting whole Blue Weber Agave piñas to perfection, extracting rich juice using only a traditional Tahona stone wheel, ensuring superior flavors.

Our meticulous fermentation process takes place at extremely low temperatures, utilizing wine yeasts in fermentation tanks lined with American white oak and Mexican pine—a practice seldom seen elsewhere. To further enhance complexity and character, our tequila is aged in used French oak wine barrels, resulting in a Blanco tequila with a depth of flavor and richness unmatched by any other.
