But we don’t stop there—our own unaged distillate is blended in, adding a layer of freshness and vibrancy to the mix.

The journey doesn’t end with blending. BRUM is aged an additional two years in used bourbon barrels, giving the rum a rich, full-bodied character. To elevate the flavor even further, we incorporate Kiawe wood staves—Hawaiian slightly-sweet mesquite—into the barrels, adding a unique touch of spice and a smoky, earthy note that sets this rum apart.
