Brenne Ten French Whiskey: Ten-Year French Single Malt from Limousin Oak and Cognac Casks
Brenne Ten French Whiskey is an annual limited release assembled from approximately four carefully selected barrels. The whisky is twice distilled in copper alembic stills and matured for at least ten years in a combination of new French Limousin oak and Cognac casks.
Bottled at 48% ABV, Brenne Ten carries the fruit-and-pastry identity of Estate Cask into a deeper, more mature style. Additional age and higher strength build dried fruit, dark chocolate, warming pepper, chili spice, and concentrated oak around the creamy single-malt base.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Dried fruit, melted chocolate, vanilla, and mature oak. Palate: Creamy fruit, dark chocolate, black pepper, chili spice, caramel, and Cognac-cask richness. Finish: Long and warming, with cocoa, dried fruit, spice, and oak.
