The traditional sour mash bill, comprising 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, creates a balanced yet robust flavor profile that has long been a regional favorite. Non-chill filtered and aged for over four years, it delivers a smooth, authentic bourbon experience, showcasing the best of Kentucky craftsmanship.

The packaging is a blend of history and innovation, reflecting RD1's deep respect for Lexington’s distilling legacy. The custom glass bottle is a nod to the first federally registered distillery in Lexington, RD #1, and its historic Ashland Distillery label.
