BT White Dog for Home Bourbon Aging
I'm sure you've heard of the various bourbonbaging products for home use. I got a small charred oak barrel, holds about one gallon. Allnyou need is some white dog. I purchased these BT White Dogs, mash bill #1, 125 proof for the job. Dumped all of them into the barrel and will pour it out this summer. What goes in white and clear will come out brown and aged. I can't wait. BT White Dog is the best source for aging your own bourbon at home other than running your own still. Good price for a great, high quality product.

Buffalo Trace knows how to bring back the past. This mash has the taste of corn with a hint of vanilla. But this is strong. Would not recommend for a beginner, but would definitely buy to experience the unique flavors.

Honestly, Buffalo Trace White Dog Mash #1 is some of the best moonshine I've ever tasted. I don't say that lightly, having lived in North Carolina for some time and have bought some nice backwoods stuff. This is incredibly smooth, considering it's 125 proof. I highly recommend it.
