Widow Jane's popular The Vaults series continues with this 14 year old straight bourbon whiskey. Made from a blend of bourbons, this bottling is finished in Missouri Ozark oak casks which have been air-seasoned for three years.

These bourbons are aged a minimum of 14 years and as old as 19 years before being finished for three years in Missouri Ozark oak casks which were air-seasoned for three years. What differentiates this release from previous ones is how the barrels were produced.

TASTING NOTES

This dram has aromas of brown sugar, vanilla bean and charred oak. The palate is full on the front with charred oak flavors and a long bitter finish that leaves notes of oak, dark cherry and cream in your mouth.
