Tapatio Anejo Tequila

Tapatio Anejo is crafted from 100% estate Agave, grown in the fertile soil of Jalisco in Mexico. Using techniques taught to us by our great-grandparents, we distill the agave in small batches using only natural spring water, which eliminates additives and artificial colorings.

TASTING NOTES

Appearence
Intense straw yellow color, slightly amber with golden flashes. Medium-bodied.

Aroma
Sweet cooked agave, crème Brulée, vanilla and caramel that give way to subtle aromas of cinnamon, red pepper and spices.

Taste
Sweet and spicy. Cooked Agave, Cocoa and vanilla combined with pepper, walnut and some berries. Vegetables and Woody notes. A soft, silky and very long finish with spices persisting in the back of the palate.

Comments
A perfectly balanced tequila; is recommended neat or in the rocks to appreciate its complexity of flavors, but also mixes very well.
