Star Trek Earl Grey Gin is an official release inspired by Captain Jean-Luc Picard's signature tea. Traditional gin botanicals are combined with Earl Grey character for a citrus-forward, floral spirit bottled at 94 proof.
Meyer lemon, rosewater and melon lead the nose. Bergamot, white pepper and gentle sweetness develop on the palate before a lingering tea-and-citrus finish. Serve in a gin and tonic, Martini or over ice.
